Taking a short cut

The latest fashion at Top Shop - Britain's most popular clothes store - is very unbritish - men's short suits. Businessmen in the UK are already testing their colleagues' reactions to this jacket and Bermudas combi.

So will short suits catch on in GB? Commenting on the craze, one bemused businessman said "No man would be seen dead in them. They'll never going to work in the UK - never ever. " If they do catch on it'll mean greater sexual equality. After all, if women can wear shorts to work, why can't men?
