When it comes to giving an effective presentationare generally far more important than speaking excellent English! After all, what use is error-free Oxford English if your audience is so bored it falls asleep?a pleasant personality

TIP: Use cue cards. They save you from reading a script and help you keep eye contact with the audience.The key to conquering your nerves is to pay
special attention to the start of your presentation.
First impressions often count most! So try and learn a few (but not all, that's not good either!) sentences by heart.
Then follow the 3 Golden Rules
- Be well prepared
- Speak slowly
- Look - and smile - at your audience
